With the ongoing digitalisation of the university of Wuppertal and the growing threats from cyberspace, the security of the university’s IT infrastructure is becoming increasingly important.

The ZIM is already implementing extensive technical and organisational measures to protect the network and the central IT systems of the University of Wuppertal, as well as the devices used by members of the university community. These measures are constantly being refined in close cooperation with the data protection and information security departments.
