With LimeSurvey, you can quickly and easily create and publish complex web-based surveys. The data collected can be exported in various formats and processed further.

Both the creation and the administration of the surveys are carried out online via an encrypted connection. This also ensures that data is transmitted securely for your participants. As the platform is operated in-house, the data is stored within the university and is therefore protected from analysis or access by third parties.

Please note that, even though everything is stored internally, a Verzeichnis der Verarbeitungstätigkeit must be kept for each data collection exercise. You can obtain support from the staff members responsible for your area. You can find out who these are on the Data Protection Officer’s page, after selecting the department you belong to (students: faculties).
