User Support
The issue and return of devices is performed by the First Level Support. Here you will also receive all information about the loan process and an introduction to the handling of our loan devices. If your questions cannot be answered directly by the User Support service, they will be forwarded to the responsible staff member.
You can reach the User Support Service Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m:
