ZIM-BOX
The ZIM-BOX is back in operation and is temporarily in building VW.08
With the ZIM-BOX we offer you a simple, safe and contactless pick-up and return option. The collection and return of the devices are possible during the opening hours of the University in the entrance area of building VW.08
Here's how it works!
Reservation:
When reserving equipment, the ZIM-BOX is primarily used for pickup and/or return. Once we have created your reservation, you will receive the reservation confirmation for the ZIM-BOX along with the confirmation for your devices.
Pickup:
As soon as we have deposited your devices into the ZIM-BOX, you will receive a pick-up PIN and an alternative QR code by email, which you can use to pick up the devices that are ready for you to pick up by the next business day 11:00.
Return:
You will also receive a separate email for the return of your devices with the return PIN and an alternative QR code, with which you can return your borrowed devices to the ZIM-BOX from the return day until the next working day 11:00.
Passing on the PIN and/or the QR code to third parties is prohibited and will be considered misuse, resulting in immediate exclusion from our lending services.
Please note that from Monday to Friday, in the time between 11:00 and 12:00 o’clock, it is not possible to issue or return devices, as the ZIM-BOX is emptied and refilled during these hours!
