Services

The user support (ZIM) provides information- and mediatechnological facility for members, affiliates and institutions of the "Bergische Universität". This includes the operation of the whole communication network, the system and application software for servers and workstations, the application of e-learning e.g. Moodle or BSCW, media and media production, media and equipment rental service and the user support.

With its offers, the ZIM along with the faculty departments and institutions achieves an important contribution to realizing a reliable, powerful and cost-efficient IT- and media infrastructure for teaching and research at the "Bergische Universität Wuppertal".

The ZIM adapts its service offers consequently to the users' needs.
